By purchasing a product through this site you agree to the policies listed within.

Returns & Refunds

Once an item has shipped, we do not accept cancellations, returns or refunds of any kind.

If you have a concern about a product you received, please contact us directly.

Direct Order vs. Auction

When you claim a piece on the Instagram auction, we will send you a specific link for purchasing your auction piece. You will use this site to check-out. This eliminates billing and shipping errors by placing the check-out process in your hands.

At times, pieces that did not sell at auction may be listed here after the auction period has closed. These pieces are available for direct order and will be processed immediately. Our shipping policies and timeline still apply to direct purchases.

We do our best to keep inventory up-to-date. Please be patient if something that was live yesterday is no longer available. It likely is scheduled to go back to auction and you can claim it there.

Shipping

Buyer pays for shipping from the U.S.

International Shipping Available for scales and blanks ONLY.

Tracking is added to all packages. Insurance is not included unless shipped "Priority Mail" or "First Class."

Orders will be shipped out within 1-3 business days unless otherwise specified. 

International Shipping

International shipping is available for scales and blanks ONLY. Shipping is through USPS. Buyer is responsible for any and all fees associated with shipping to his or her respective country.
